Delivery cost

Delivery is £7.00 regardless of the size of the parcel.

We currently only offer shipping within the UK.

If your item is in stock, your order should arrive within 4-5 working days. 

Deliveries are made by APC. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification from APC by text or email of the time of your 2 hour delivery window.

Additional delivery instructions can be added at checkout. Your invoice will be emailed and not sent with the delivery.

We care about the environment and all our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order but if you wish to return any items we are happy to refund or exchange them provided it is within 28 days of your order being placed and they are returned in their original, saleable condition.

If you are returning an item/s, please make sure to pack them carefully in their original packaging to avoid breakage during return postage. Please include your order number, reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

You will be refunded within 14 days of our receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not reimburse the cost of delivery or returns unless the original item was faulty or damaged, in which case the cost of the delivery and return postage will be refunded along with the cost of the item.

Please inspect all your items immediately upon receipt. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know straightaway and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
