how much does delivery cost?

Delivery is by APC and is £7.00 regardless of the size of the parcel.

when will my order arrive?

We’ll dispatch your order ASAP, usually within a day or two. Your order should arrive within 3-5 days. If it doesn’t then please contact us.

will i be told the time of the delivery?

On the day of delivery you will receive a notification from APC by text or email of your 2 hour window. The message will contain a link to their website showing information on the driver’s route. If you’re out, APC will send you an email or text and leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange delivery on your chosen day.

do you deliver outside the uk?

We currently only offer shipping within the UK.

what happens if my order arrives broken?

We take every care to pack our pots safely for transit, but if they do arrive broken please let us know by email straightaway and we will send a replacement or give you a refund for the broken item and delivery charge.

What happens if I want to return the order?

Will my items be identical?

All our pieces are made individually by hand and are unique. There may be slight variations in their form, colour, texture and decoration. We think that’s what makes them special.

Are your items food safe?

All the glazes have been tested and are safe for food use.

Can I put the pots in a dishwasher, microwave or oven?

The pots are fine to go in the dishwasher or microwave but they are not ovenproof.

Are your items ethically produced?

We really care about making our pots with minimal impact on the environment. The pots are hand-built in small batches by me and my skilled team of local potters and fired in an electric kiln using green energy. The clay is made up of materials sourced within the UK and is blended in Stoke on Trent. Any unused clay is recycled and the kiln is always packed to its maximum capacity to make firing as efficient as possible. All our packaging is plastic free and recyclable or compostable.
